Greek Yogurt Holiday Bark

Serves: 1 | 5 Minute Prep Time | 5 Minutes to Make

Because healthy can still feel festive!
This Greek Yogurt Holiday Bark is creamy, crunchy, and packed with protein — a sweet treat that’s a fun kitchen project to make with kids and also beautiful gift for friends or neighbors.
Just mix, top with your favorite festive things- berries, chocolate chips, nuts, granola… and share the holiday love.

Instructions: 

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  2. Mix yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
  3. Adjust maple syrup to taste
  4. Spread mix over the parchment paper
  5. Carefully layer in the fresh berries
  6. Sprinkle with nuts, granola or chocolate chips or any combination of your choice.
  7. Place in the freezer for two to four hours until hardened
  8. Remove 5-10 minutes before breaking apart into desired sized pieces (Please note: more than 15 minutes out and the bark will begin to melt so please store in the freezer!)
  9. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz organic, grass-fed plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt (mix these together in a bowl)
  • Toppings: Fresh berries, pepitas or pistachios, granola, chocolate chips (whatever you need to make it your own!)
